Nimblewright
Not just any construct can equal a Nimblewright. Tasha or Elminster wouldn’t be caught dead with just any arcane servant. Nimblewrights are elegant and have a will of their own and are as much a sign of power but prestige as well to the wizard that created them. Some Nimblewrights become obsolete or the wizard sends them on a mission and then is not there to retrieve them and then the Nimblewright begins a new journey as a free agent.
Advanced Humanoid Constructs
Nimblewrights are made of wood or steel-colored metal. When disguised with clothing and magic, they could easily pass for any humanoid creature of similar size. Each Nimblewright has a pair of rapiers that fold into its arms when not in use. Their appearances can vary greatly based on the wizard who created them but as a rule all will have the same build as a humanoid with 2 arms, 2 legs, a torso, neck, head, etc.
Built for a Purpose
Nimblewrights are humanoid-shaped constructs that are typically employed as bodyguards, assassins, or spies. Nimblewrights are created with intelligence, and each possesses a distinct, though chaotic, personality. This allows for more intuitive thinking and creativity than most other constructs are capable of. Each wizard that creates them instills them with several talents to suit their needs but the personality is derived from the wizard’s will and the Water Elemental that was summoned to bond with it.
Created by a Wizard Extraordinaire
Nimblewrights are feats of genius. Not just a genius but a genius that comes around once in a few hundred years. The ones able to create a Nimblewright are not just wealthy, but powerful and gifted, usually well past 30th level wizards with blessings and protections from gods. After working for weeks embedding the massive amount of previous materials with layer upon layer of spells and with the aid of a renowned craftsman, a Nimblewright is born once the Water Elemental that is summoned is bound to the form, never to part until death takes it.
