Sirine
Sirine are playful, funloving, and usually aquatic. They are exclusively female Fey with the powers to charm and drain the intellect of their foes. They are hard to distinguish from a normal female human, allowing them to go from settlement to settlement freely, always looking to have fun.
Muddle the Mind
Sirines hate direct combat. They know that they are not strong and attack from afar with their powers of charm and ranged weapons. If they are pushed they will try to dull the wits of their attacker and run away. Sirines would rather flee than fight to the death and try to keep an escape route to the water at all times.
Aquatic Fey
Sirines are always female Fey. They are indistinguishable from regular female humans except for a slight green or yellow tint to their skin. Though sometimes they can have atypical colors of hair such as deep green or metallic silver. They can live in land and water without the use of gills or webbing on their appendages.
On the Search for Fun
They frolic about as they go, literally skipping and humming as if something good had happened. They never lay roots and go from place to place so as to not feel tied down. They are very flirtatious and not picky so long as they are not incredibly ugly and at least fun to be around. Even when they find a mate they quickly leave so they do not grow attached and have the baby, always another Sirine, on their own.
