Haunting Vision

You touch a creature that has been dead for less than 24 hours and see a vi. sion of the last thing the creature saw. The vision is specifically the last thing the creature was able to focus on, if it was a face you can recall the features of the face and identify it, if it was a line of text you would be able to recite it, etc. If the target was Blind at the time of its death you see nothing as well as if the target was at any point Undead. The experience is so haunting that memory altering spells and effects less powerful than divine intervention fail to erase it from your mind.
