Hornung's Random Dispatcher

This spell was developed by Wildmage, Hornung the Anarch to get rid of pesky individuals. You can target one creature within range and utter words of power forcing them to make a WIS saving throw and on a failed save, you cast them into a random plane of existence and leave them there. The plane of existence is determined randomly and if the same plane of existence as you are currently in is selected, they are teleported to a random location on the plane that is at least 1,000 miles away from you.
