Portrazer

Your run of the mill ruckus causing nuisances that infests the seedist of taverns through the coasts. Is what you think they might be. A Portrazer takes things to the extreme and then some. No drinking session is enough unless one gets blackout drunk. No party is complete without a grizzly murder and late night body drop. In bad situations one might burn a bridge to move on, the Portrazers literally burn towns to leave behind large debts and nasty situations with the law.

Maneuver Effect
Flashy Attack- When you take the attack action you can apply one of the following effects for the first attack.Riposte: You push hard on your attack forcing the target to make a DC 8 + your DEX modifier (Minimum 1) + your Proficiency Bonus STR saving throw and on a failed save are pushed back 10 ft and fall Prone. Wild Thrust: Your furiously stab with a melee attack, increasing your critical hit range by 2 (19-20).
Hearty Heave- When you make a ranged attack with a thrown item you can apply one of the following effects.Go for Distance: Your throwing range is doubled as you wind up and give it some extra strength. Get the Drop: If you are unseen and you can silently drop the thrown object forcing the target to roll with disadvantage on any saving throws or giving you a +6 bonus to hit.
Clench Your Jaw- When you take non magical damage from an attack you can see you can use your reaction to apply the following effect.Grit your Teeth: You prepare yourself for the hit reducing the damage by 1D12 + your CON modifier (Minimum 1).
Bomb Effect
FireOn impact the bomb spews fire in a 20 ft diameter dealing 2D8 Fire damage.
SmokeOn impact the bomb releases a cloud of thick smoke that pours out in a 60-foot radius from the impact. The cloud's area is heavily obscured. Each minute it remains within the cloud, the radius increases by 10 ft until it reaches its maximum radius of 120 ft or until one minute passes.
FlashOn impact the bomb releases a blinding flash Blinding each creature within a 30 ft diameter with a failed save for one minute repeating the save at the end of each of their turns ending it on a success.
Bomb Effect
InfernoUpon impact the bomb explodes dealing 4D6 Fire damage to each creature within an 80 ft diameter.
FlashbangUpon impact the bomb releases a thunderous sound and blinding flash. Each creature within a 100 ft diameter who failed the saving throw is Blinded and Deafened for one minute repeating the save at the end of each of their turns ending the condition on a success. The sound is audible for 300 ft.
LightningUpon impact the bomb releases a blast of lighting dealing 2D8 lighting damage to each creature within an 80 ft diameter or twice the diameter if the ground is damp or the targets are in water.

Subclass Features

Lv 3

Life of Hedonism

Your rowdy lifestyle gives you an advantage over most drunkards and addicts. Whenever you roll on the Hedonist Table you roll twice and choose one of the options. You become Intoxicated at half the normal rate.

Provoke Aggression

You are basically a professional at drawing the anger and attention of others. You can use an action to spout vitriol and abuse, forcing each creature of your choice within 60 ft of you that can hear you to make a WIS saving throw DC equal to 8 + your WIS modifier (Minimum 1) + your Proficiency Bonus and on a failure they have disadvantage on attacks on creatures that are not you until the end of their next turn.

You can use this feature times per long rest equal to your WIS modifier (Minimum 1).

More Daring Maneuvers

You learn more Daring Maneuvers as you push your luck and hone your skills.

Minor Bombs

You learn the “razer” part of Portrazer and craft their signature bombs. You can spend a long rest and 5 GPs crafting one of the following bombs. You can maintain bombs up to your WIS modifier (Minimum 1), if you create more bombs than that the oldest bomb becomes inactive.

The bombs have a range of 20/40 ft and have a DEX saving throw DC equal to 8 + your WIS modifier (Minimum 1) + your Proficiency Bonus taking half as much damage on a successful save and/or not suffering negative effects.

Lv 15

Advanced Fighting Styles

Your daring feats and constant fighting have trained your body to hone new fighting styles. You choose one of the following styles and gain their benefits.

Smash and Dash: When you make an attack you can take the Disengage action as a bonus action.

Sweeping Blows: When you make a melee attack with two enemies within 5 ft of each other you can apply the same to hit result for both and apply the minimum amount of damage your weapon can deal to both targets.

Volley Launcher: When you make a ranged attack with a ranged weapon you can make two attacks in the first round of combat when you take the attack action.

Major Bombs

You have upgraded and maximized your bombs. These new bombs take 10 GPs to craft and have a +2 bonus to the DC of the saving throw.

Lv 20

Call the Red Dragon

Your bloodlust and rampant desires calls to the roiling sea and the lost ship the Red Dragon. As an action you summon The Red Dragon, the bloodred hull and dark red sails call for death and revelry. It remains for one hour or until you dismiss it as a free action, vanishing with a pop and leaving a damp spot of seawater. The Red Dragon hovers 30 ft above you or in an unoccupied space within 30 ft of you. The ship is ethereal and Immune to all damage and conditions and is large-gargantuan in size depending on the space available.

You can command the ship to aid you in a number of ways

Free action: The ship travels up to 60 ft in any direction and takes up position in front of a target in range providing Half Cover.

Bonus action: Scorpion, one of the massive scorpions fires with a range of 60/120 ft with +12 to hit dealing 1D10 + 8 magical Piercing damage.

Action: Cannon, the main cannon Fires with a range of 100/200 ft with +12 to hit dealing 2D12 + 16 magical Bludgeoning damage.

Reaction (Recharge 5-6): Help the first mate, one of the ethereal crew tosses you a Minor Bomb of your choice that if not used vanishes with the Red Dragon.

You can use this feature once per long rest.
