Forlarren
Foralarren are tragic beings torn between their Fey and Diabolic mindsets. They switch between the two with both sides being at war and horrified at the actions of the other. They appear as fiendish Satyrs that on first glance appear normal but the more one looks, the more wrong they are to look at.
Devilish Fey
Forlarren are sickly yet ferocious Satyr-like fiends. They look like Satyrs with two additional horns on their forehead that are sharp and pointed and have sickly patches of fur falling off. They have small spines growing down their back and have sharp claws and pointed cloven hooves. Their heads have sloped foreheads and elongated skulls given them a menacing yet somewhat bewildered look.
Shifting Mental Dominance
Due to their mixed fey–devil ancestry, all Forlarren display a somewhat bipolar and temperamental personality. Their fey ancestry drives Forlarren to act in ways seen as self-destructive and once they reach a breaking point through such behavior, the diabolical side of their personality would assert itself. Forlarren dominated by their diabolical mindset are known to be rather cunning, scheming, and vicious foes. They often seek to dominate or mislead weaker creatures. Once whatever diabolical schemes they had were foiled, a Forlarren's fey nature would reassert dominance over their mind.
Sometimes killing an opponent can cause this shift in mental dominance, with the Forlarren displaying great remorse for their actions and offering its services to the survivors as recompense. But eventually, their diabolical mindset will reassert itself and the Forlarren would leave such a group, attacking them on sight the next time they met.
Mysterious Origins
The Forlarren have two conflicting stories about their creation. The first is that a Nymph was forced into the service of an unknown greater devil and the Forlarren are their offspring. The second being the Archfiend Fierna attempted to explore the Feywild and upon failing to seduce an Archfey took an infatuated Satyr that refused to give up its soul to her and transformed it into the first Forlarren.

Traits
Mental Strife
You have a Fey mentality and a Diabolical mentality. You have two separate personalities that mainly pertain to how you roleplay. Each day roll 1D4 on an odd roll you are Diabolically inclined. Certain events may cause you to switch between them without warning. Each mentality is aware of all events that happened but felt they were unable to move their body or control what they said.
Ram and Claw
You can use your head and horns or claws to make unarmed strikes. When you hit with them, the strike deals 1D6 Bludgeoning damage with your horns or 1D4 Slashing damage with your claws.
Innate Spellcasting
You can cast the following spells using your CHA score as your Spellcasting ability without requiring material components or expending spell slots. At will: Minor Illusion 1/Long Rest: Aid, Expeditious Retreat, False Life At 3rd level 1/Long Rest: Mirror Image, Misty Step
Modified Heat Metal
You have a unique variation of the spell Heat Metal. You can cast the spell modified this way without expending a spell slot using your CHA modifier as your spellcasting ability once per long rest. Modified this way the Somatic component becomes a physical embrace with the target. The spell lasts indefinitely as long as you are in contact with the target. You have advantage on Athletic checks and STR saving throws to stay in contact with the target of the spell. You cannot move, cast other spells, use your arms, or take reactions while maintaining contact this way.
