Gnomes are 3-4 ft tall and come in a variety of skin colors from tan, brown, to gray. They bear resemblance to small elves with pointed ears and defined cheekbones. Their hair color can be really any color with even garish shades naturally occurring amongst them.

Gnomes are often known as the Forgotten People. They are in most towns and cities but go unnoticed, are present throughout history but never mentioned. They rarely seek great renown outside of Gnomish culture and prefer to slip away when placed in the limelight. The simplest reason for this is that the baseline for Gnomish emotion is content.
