Possibly the most despised race in all of history and they love it. Goblinoids are more akin to a humanoid shaped plague full of anger and vileness. Their genes are so strong that they have countless variations due to otherworldly exploits, experimentations, and inbreeding yet are still Gobinoids somehow.
Varied Appearance United by Blood
Goblinoids have a wide variety of appearances with heights ranging from 3-7 ft tall and having skin from the texture of a slug to hard and rough to fur covered. Though they have many origins it appears that they are linked by some far distant ancestor that propagated to many worlds and then made their way to the material plane. Perhaps from continual wars or their long forgotten origins, all Gobinoids hate Elves and Dwarves and fear and Drow.
Foul Mannered and Mouthed
The typical Goblinoid is lewd, cruel, sadistic, power-hungry (Or in the case of Goblins just plain hungry), extremely lacking in any intelligence or sophistication, and proud of it. Known for their habit of abusing those (At least by their reckoning) lesser than them, and worshiping those greater than them, Goblinoids were not popular amongst other races.
Mysterious Origins
Goblinoids have been around as long as the Elves. They appeared from a series of portals that have been purposefully opened or that have appeared randomly. Each Goblinoid variant has their own origin world or creation story. Though being from different worlds then transplanted on the material plane, they shared a language and many customs that show that they did in fact have a common ancestor and that ancestor was some form of Fey, most definitely Unseely in nature.
