Hadozee
Hadozee or deck apes or winged deck apes are adventurers and explorers that bear a resemblance to an ape or baboon. It is not a proper sailing trip without a chipper Hadozee bounding up and down the rigging while singing a sea shantee.
Winged Deck Apes
While their nicknames describe them as apes, hadozee are taller and skinnier than apes, much like baboons. Hadozee are covered in fur of all varieties of brown that is so thick that they really have no great need to wear clothing. Their faces are surrounded by a shaggy mane.A hadozee's snout protrudes outwards from its face. While they appear to be 5 ft tall they have a stoop that, when they stand straight, shows them to be closer to 7.5 ft tall.
Hadozee have no tails. Their feet are fully prehensile, complete with opposable thumbs, allowing them to hold onto things with both hands and feet. The most distinctive physical feature of the hadozee were their patagial wing flaps, much like a bat or flying squirrel that hangs from their wrists and connects to their waists.
Optimists and Peacemakers
Hazdozee have an almost irrepressible sense of optimism. They are often singing and laughing and even in the face of danger can be found cracking jokes, whether they are dark or not is up to the individual. They are quick to forgive and forget and enjoy peaceful times. They can get uncomfortable when things get tense though if they or a friend is threatened they will unleash a torrent of profanity and verbal abuse that would make a Warlock of the Fiend blush.
Explorer is a Way of Life, Not an Occupation
Every Hadozee is an adventurer and explorer. If one was to ask a Hadozee baker what their passion was it would be traveling so they can learn new recipes first, baking second. They have an innate love of new sights and new experiences. It is actually rare that a Hadozee chooses a specific goal to their adventures more than that, they just want to do and see something new.

Traits
Dexterous Feet
As a bonus action, you can use your feet to manipulate an object, open or close a door or container, or pick up or set down a Tiny object.
Glide
When you fall at least 10 ft above the ground, you can use your reaction to extend your skin membranes to glide horizontally a number of feet equal to your walking speed, and you take 0 damage from the fall. You determine the direction of the glide.
Hadozee Dodge
The magic that runs in your veins heightens your natural defenses. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to roll a D6. Add your Proficiency Bonus to the number rolled, and reduce the damage you take by an amount equal to that total (Minimum 0). You can use this trait a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
