Hag Initiate
10 variants
Every Hag Initiate has the same beginning. A family had their daughter briefly vanish then return mysteriously. Before your 14th birthday an old crone kept visiting you every night but stopped just shy of one and a half weeks. Now you know that the crone was a Hag and they stopped because they were killed or scared away before they could complete the transformation.
Beautiful Cover, Hideous Contents
Appearing as normal, yet beautiful women, Hag Initiates are predisposed to become blasphemous and cruel. They tend to seek out profane rituals and contracts with Fiends. While beauty has become repugnant to them, they recognize that they can use their looks to their advantage. No matter their father, the daughter will invariably have black hair.
Long Lived Sororities
Hag Initiates tend to live long as a result of their mother’s genes. They age slowly though once they get past their prime they age like milk, quickly becoming wretched and ugly crones. Instinctively Hag Initiates prefer connections with other women and tend to corrupt and use their groups to their advantage. In the rare instance that they reunite with their mothers they quickly bond and become subservient as they are enthralled with the lifestyle and forbidden knowledge the Hag holds.
The Transformation
When they reach a certain level of power or by age 24, the dormant powers of the Hag come forth as you go through a painful metamorphosis that lasts for 13 days. After the change you look identical with the exception that your nose has been elongated, your fingernails grow fast and sharp, and your teeth are crooked. Invariably the now Demi Hag is delighted by the changes and tends to let their appearance worsen unless they have a specific need to look good. The main change is their mentality and an implant of racial powers. The Demi Hag loses lingering doubts of their humanity and embraces their obscene existence.
Demi Hag Knowledge:
After the metamorphosis, you are implanted with racial memories of crafting staves and wands. Any item crafted this way is attuned to you and no one but you. At level 17 if you have a Staff it acts as a Broom of Flying, if you have kept a wand it acts additionally as a wand from the 5th level options in addition to the other type though it has the higher amount of charges either wand has. If you craft a new item with this feature the old one crumbles to foul smelling dust.

Hag Mother
From an early age Hag Initiates seek to find out about your mother. Roll 1D20 to determine what happened to your mother. 1-10: Your mother was killed. 11-15: Your mother is no longer on this plane of existence. 16-19: Your mother is under the service of a terrible being of power. 20: Your mother is a Coven Mother with great power.
Hag Metamorphosis
At level 5 or age 24 you become a Demi Hag. The transformation lasts 13 days. (Consult with your DM if you are want to be a Demi Hag that is less than level 5)
