Winged Old Hags

A harpy has the upper body of a female humanoid and the lower body of a reptilian creature, with scaly legs, clawed feet, and clawed hands with knotty fingers. Harpies have coal-black eyes in faces like cruel old women, with hair that is filthy, tangled, and crusted with old dry blood. They possess powerful leathery wings. Harpies do not wear any clothing, but would adorn themselves with jewelry or trinkets from their victims. There is no physical difference between male and female harpies. The males possess breasts just like the females do, leading to the misconception that male harpies do not exist.

Cruel, Hungry, and Vile

Harpies are notoriously malevolent and sadistic, taking enormous joy in hurting, torturing and killing their victims, and are always seeking more. They are fond of entrancing travelers with their songs and luring them to shockingly cruel dooms. When they are done playing with their captives, they slay them and finally devour them. They are not particularly intelligent creatures, and were prone to cowardice in the face of superior power.

The Sweet Song of Doom

All Harpies possess their signature ability to sing a song that bewitches the mind and lures all to their doom. Groups of Harpies will pick a place where their voices can carry far, usually an island or cliff face. They rely heavily on their song and for good reason as few have lived to hear what it sounds like. They usually wait to the last second before ending their song, leaving their prey bewildered and surrounded.

Claws

You can make an unarmed strike using your claws to deal 1D4 Slashing damage.

Luring Song

You sing a magical melody as an action. Every humanoid and giant within 120 ft of you that can hear the song must succeed on a DC 8 + your CHA modifier (Minimum 1) + your Proficiency Bonus WIS saving throw or be Charmed until the song ends. You must take a bonus action on your subsequent turns to continue singing. You can stop singing at any time. The song ends if you become Incapacitated. While Charmed by you, a target is Incapacitated and ignores the songs of other harpies. If the Charmed target is more than 5 ft away from you, the target must move on its turn toward you by the most direct route. It doesn't avoid opportunity attacks, but before moving into damaging terrain, such as lava or a pit, and whenever it takes damage, a target can repeat the saving throw. A creature can also repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns. If a creature's saving throw is successful, the effect ends on it. A target that successfully saves is immune to this song for the next 24 hours. You can use this feature once per long rest for rounds up to your CHA modifier (Minimum 1).

Vile Cunning

You are adept at promoting evil. You are proficient with Intimidation and Persuasion.
