Eloquence
Eloquence Bards are but humble students on the long journey towards true eloquence. Well versed in traditions and manners in all cultures to make all around them feel at ease. Some may say they are long winded and stuffy but in all actuality they are obviously adept conversationalists and masters of etiquette.
Subclass Features
Silver Tongue
You are a master at saying the right thing at the right time. When you make a Persuasion or Deception check, you can treat a D20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Unsettling Words
You can spin words laced with magic that unsettle a creature and cause it to doubt itself. As a bonus action, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration and choose one creature you can see within 60 ft of you. Roll the Bardic Inspiration die. The creature must subtract the number rolled from the next saving throw it makes before the start of your next turn.
Master of Comfort and Courtesy
You can cast the following spells once per long rest each without expending a spell slot: Charm Person, Calm Emotions, and Motivational Speech. If you have maintained a conversation with the target(s) of the spell for more than 5 minutes they have disadvantage on the saving throw for those spells.
Devoted Followers
The care and attention you pay others creates lasting bonds. Creatures that have the Charmed condition from an effect originating from you no longer realize that they had been Charmed after the effect ends and regard you as friendly afterwards unless they succeed their saving throw by more than 5 in which they regard you as a masterful orator deserving of grudging respect.
Infectious Inspiration
Your words reach the hearts and minds of many. Whenever you give Bardic Inspiration you can extend the Inspiration to creatures within 10 ft of the original recipient to a total not exceeding your CHA modifier (Minimum 1).
