Durzagon
Durzagon are the children of devils and Duergars. They have mighty powers from both their parents and become seeds of evil within the already corrupt Duergar society. They keep their heritage a secret as they slowly replace the leadership within the community with their own kind along with those that suit their plans.
Infernal Secret Heritage
Not every Durzagon is aware of their infernal heritage since devils normally kept their true identity secret from their Duergar mates. Durzagons made aware of their origin typically kept such knowledge secret from enemies and allies alike. While they are able to outcompete their Duergar brethren it is not obvious enough to reveal their true nature.
Ferocious Duergar
Slightly taller and leaner than average Duergar, Durzagon stand about 5 ft tall. They are usually bald with a wiry, gray, red-streaked beard and rust-colored skin that radiates noticeable levels of heat. They have razor-sharp claws and teeth strong enough to pierce skin. When physically engaged with an opponent they would fearlessly fight to the death.
Ambassadors of Hell
The birth of a Durzagon is a thing to be celebrated by the denizens of the Nine Hells. They are mightier than their brethren and usually find positions of power where their infernal influence could begin to corrupt the whole colony of Duergar. Where one Durzagon is found it is almost a guarantee that several more can be found.
