Loxodons are the epitome of calm. Even in the face of violence they will take the best path and rarely are seen to be flustered or annoyed. They are gentle and thoughtful even though they are large and imposing in stature.

Even in the midst of battle a Loxodon is calm. They are seen humming serenely as they go about their daily lives and are hard to rile up or even annoy. They view not just their species but all races as a whole as a grand community that they are to mediate as peacekeepers. While they are peaceful, they are not pacifists and are very capable warriors.
Gentle Giants
Loxodon’s have large frames and stand between 6-7 ft tall and weigh up to 300 lbs. They are elephant-like humanoids with tough gray skin and stubby fingers. They are proud of their large tusks that keep growing as long as they live with some carving prayers or religious symbols into their trunks. While they tower above most races, they are very careful to avoid unintentionally injuring any that are smaller than them.
Enemies of Betrayal
When not employed as an artisan, a Loxodon stands firm as a guard to keep the peace. They are quick to forgive any misunderstandings but if they are tricked or someone they love is in danger they will carve a path of destruction until the offender is brought to justice. Their trust is freely given but those unfortunate enough to betray their trust are seldom left unscathed as they are taught a lesson that is carved into their soul.

Your DM might allow other simple tasks to be added to that list of options. It can't wield weapons or shields or do anything that requires manual precision, such as using tools or magic items or performing the somatic components of a spell.
