Duration
One Minute (Dampen, Warm), Instantaneous (Chill, Dry)
You can control the moisture content of the air, non living objects, and terrain. You can chill, dampen, dry, or warm the area.
Chill: Non-living liquids and solids drop in temperature to approach freezing but can not go below their freezing point. The cantrip and temperature change are instantaneous but thereafter the chilled material acts normally in the conditions surrounding it, slowly warming back up to the ambient temperature.
Dampen: One valid target no larger than three cubic feet is permeated with a thin cloud of mist that leaves a residue of water on all surfaces. This had the effect of making objects more difficult to light on fire, but it also degraded parchment and other water-susceptible surfaces. Creatures looking into, out of, or through the area of effect could still see normally but found some details were obscured by the fog. Creatures and objects within the area of effect take 1D4 less Fire damage and 1D4 more Lightning damage.
Dry: The spell removes dampness from cloth, a surface, or it can be used to dry a bundle of herbs. The maximum area of effect is three cubic feet.
Warm: Non-living liquids and solids rise in temperature to approach 140 degrees Fahrenheit but cannot exceed it. The cantrip and temperature change are instantaneous and remain for one hour. One use of this cantrip would be enough to avoid detrimental effects of cold weather for one hour for one Medium sized creature.
