Bounty Hunter
The Conclave of the Bounty Hunters is a divided one. Some serve the god Malar of the Hunt while others bargain with nature spirits or fiends for power. It is a sore point that most do not recognize the distinction and have bad blood with both factions. Both factions hunt people and monsters, gather herbs and materials, and hunt for treasure.

Subclass Features
Wanted Dead or Alive
You have the skills to efficiently kill or incapacitate a target. You can use the following effects when fighting
Dead: If you hit a creature with full hit points you deal the maximum damage on your hit dice.
Alive: If you hit a creature that has less hit points than your Ranger level + your Proficiency Bonus you render the creature Unconscious in place of dealing damage.
You can use these features a total times per long rest equal to your WIS modifier (Minimum 1).
Conclave Spells
Your specific expertise grants you certain spells. You know the following spells and they do not count towards the number of spells you can prepare.
Tracker Sense
Your keen senses do not allow enemy creatures to benefit from any Cover but Full Cover when it comes to your attacks, spells, and senses. You can track a creature that moves terrestrially without need of a Survival or Investigation check flawlessly as long as the track is less than one week old and it has not rained heavily since the tracks were laid.
Killer Intent
Your drive to collect your bounties and complete jobs gives you a menacing aura. You can select a target that is affected by your Hunter’s Mark and force them to make a WIS saving throw DC equal to your spell save DC as a bonus action. On a failure the creature becomes Frightened by you for one minute, repeating the save at the end of each of their turns.
You can use this feature times per day equal to your WIS modifier (Minimum 1).
Set Bounty
Once per long rest you can designate a creature and place a Bounty on it. You can place a spell slot up to your WIS modifier level (Minimum 1) or hit points equal to your Ranger level, expending the resource. When the creature is killed by a target aware of the Bounty, the killer gains a spell slot up to two plus the spell slot reward or gain hit points equal to twice the hit point reward. Only creatures you designate within 60 ft of you are aware of the Bounty. The Bounty lasts for 1 hour. If the creature is killed by someone unaware of the bounty you regain the expended resources and use of the feature.
You can only place a Bounty on a creature whose CR is greater than or equal to half your Proficiency Bonus rounded down.
When a creature with a Bounty dies it magically drops Gold Pieces equal to ten times its CR.
