Dragon
Usually the product of a grand boon of Bahumat, Tiamat, or Sardior, Dragon Summoners call upon the proud and powerful Dragons to aid them. Dragon Summoners spend large amounts of energy and wealth as they make their bargains. Even the most powerful Dragon Summoner knows that they are balancing on a thin line as they deal with powerful and prideful Forces of nature.

Subclass Features
Speciality Spells
Your specialization and training grant you the following spells. You know the following spells and they do not count towards the number of spells you can prepare.
Summons
You have bargained with many creatures that will heed your call. You can expend a corresponding spell slot to summon a creature you have bargained with to aid you. They are summoned for one minute or one hour if you have your Summoner’s Circle active. Using this feature counts the same as casting a leveled spell of the School of Conjuration. If you call forth an additional Summon, the previous one vanishes back to their home plane.
They take their turns after your turn in initiative and follow reasonable orders but will not willingly endanger themselves. If you fall unconscious they remain for one turn, taking the dodge action their turn. If they drop to zero hit points they disappear and return to their native plane. Your summon does not have Legendary Resistances or Legendary Actions if it would normally have them.
Draconic Circle
The arcane power of the Dragons fills your Summoner’s Circle. Once per long rest you can use a bonus action to dismiss your Summoner’s Circle and regain a second level spell slot or lower as you absorb latent draconic energy.
Dragon’s Majesty
When you call upon your Summon the Dragon’s power flows into you. You regain hit points equal to your Summoner’s level plus your INT modifier (Minimum 1).
Predatory Impetus
Your studies have unearthed the capacity to unlock more of your Summon’s draconic power. Your Summons deal 2D6 Psychic damage to each creature that fails the saving throw from their Frightful Presence feature.
Greater Draconic Circle
Your Summoner’s Circle absorbs even more latent draconic energy. When you dismiss your Summoner’s Circle you can regain a third level spell slot or lower.
Summon Dragon’s Breath
You can reinvigorate your Summons through the bargain you have formed. Once per long or short rest you can use an action to cause your Summon to regain the use of its Breath Weapon.
