Templar

Wielding blessed weapons and armor, these Fighters eradicate evil by their own two hands. No gods or oaths required, just long forgotten secrets. Templars will fight honor with honor and hatred with hatred. But at the end of the day, evil must be vanquished. Their power springs from secret sigils engraved on their very soul.

Subclass Features

Lv 3

Silvered Soul

Weapons, projectiles, and your armor are considered Silvered. Creatures that have the regeneration feature cannot regain hit points through that feature the turn they take damage from you.

Eyes of Truth

Your eyes are operated on using long forgotten techniques. You can see through disguises such as a Hag’s or Incubus’s Illusory or False Appearance.

Equal Footing

You manipulate fate to even the odds. If you would have disadvantage on an attack, ability check, or saving throw you can impose disadvantage on a target’s next instance of that throw within 10 ft of you. The same is true with advantage.

You can use this feature times per long rest equal to your Proficiency Bonus.

Lv 7

Honor and Hatebound

You can flare the Mark of Honor on your soul and inflict another within 60 ft with a Mark of Hatred on their soul (This feature fails on Constructs and angels that have not fallen). You can use this feature once per long rest as an action and lasts for one minute.

While Honorbound you deal an extra 1D8 Radiant damage on the Hatebound. When the Hatebound attempts to attack the Honorbound the Hatebound takes 1D8 Radiant damage.

The Hatebound must make a DC 8 + your CHA Modifier (Minimum 1) + your STR modifier (Minimum 1) WIS saving throw in order to attack another target than the Honorbound.

Lv 10

Cleanser of Evil

When you first deal damage to a target you immediately know any damage Vulnerabilities. You can use this feature once per long rest. For the next minute you deal extra damage of the type the creature’s Vulnerability equal to your Proficiency Bonus on a successful hit.

Lv 15

Hate and Honorbound

You can flare the Mark of Hatred on your soul and inflict another within 60 ft with a Mark of Honor on their soul (This feature fails on Constructs and angels that have not fallen). You can use this feature once per long rest as an action and it lasts for one minute. You can only be Honorbound or Hatebound. And have one of these features active at a time.

While Hatebound you can only attack the Honorbound unless you succeed a DC 19 WIS saving throw. Attacks on the Honorbound deal 1D6 Necrotic damage and an additional 1D6 damage at the start of their next turn for each successful attack from you the last turn.

The Honorbound must make a DC 8 + your CHA modifier (Minimum 1) + your STR modifier (Minimum 1) WIS saving throw in order to Disengage from you taking 3D6 Psychic damage on a successful save.

Lv 18

Master of Sigils

You have mastered your sigils of honor and hatred. You can use an action to channel them once per long rest for one minute. While channeling them at the start of each of your turns, choose honor or hate (No action required). When you choose honor you gain 10 hit points provided you have at least one hit point. When you choose hatred you crit on a 16-20 on the first attack of your turn.

You can use your Honor and Hatebound and Hate and Honorbound features twice per long rest each.
