Fate Tipper

Using mystical Psychic powers, Fate Tippers nudge destiny to get the outcomes they prefer. They can bolster themselves and allies or undermine enemies. A Fate Tipper can be respectful or blasphemous towards the concept of destiny and chance as they meddle with events not set in stone.

Subclass Features

Lv 3

Tip Fate

Your mystical powers allow you to alter events. Before you know the outcome of a D20 test you can see within 60 ft of you, you can subtract or add your INT modifier (Minimum 1) to the result as a reaction.

You can use this feature times per long rest equal to your INT modifier (Minimum 1).

Insightful Nature

Your close observation of others to analyze outcomes gives you an edge. You can gain Expertise in Insight or Investigation as long as you have proficiency in the skill. If you have proficiency in neither you gain proficiency in Insight and Investigation.

Lv 6

Good and Ill Fortune

You can harness mystical aspects of fate. You can cast the spells Bane and Bless twice each per long rest without expending a spell slot.

Blessing of Fate

You create an influx of good luck on you or a target within 60 ft of you. The target has their critical hit range increase by one (I.E 20 to 19-20) for one minute.

Lv 11

Reinforce/Undermine Fate

You can take a more firm grasp on chance. Once per long rest when you or an ally within 60 ft fail a saving throw, you can use a reaction to change the result to a success. Once per long rest when an enemy within 60 ft succeeds a saving throw, you can change the result to a failure.

If you use both features during a long rest you gain one level of Exhaustion.

Lv 17

Overturn Fate

Your mystical powers have reached a new pinnacle. When you use your Tip Fate feature you can affect the outcome by twice your INT modifier (Minimum 1).

Champion of Fate

When you use your Blessing of Fate Feature you channel even greater amounts of good luck, increasing their critical hit range by two.
