Pressure Tactics

You are talented at using devious psychological methods to get what you want. You can use a bonus action to use any of the following actions and if they require a saving throw the DC is equal to your spell save DC.

Limit Time: Time is a powerful resource and you know how to take advantage of a lack of it. You can use this feature while a spell that has a duration more than instantaneous is active and on a failed WIS saving throw by the spell’s caster the spell ends as long as the spellcaster is within 60 ft of you. On a successful save the spellcaster is Immune to this effect for 24 hours.

Veiled Threat: Even the most stubborn can bend to pressure if applied correctly. You make an Intimidation check and on a failed contested WIS saving throw the target has disadvantage on their next saving throw or ability check for one minute.

Final Offer: You can Force a fut response answer from a target. You force a creature to make a WIS saving throw and on a failure the target falls under the effects of Distort Value without expending a spell slot and is compelled to purchase or barter for the item to the best of their ability.

Lv 20

Aggressive Tactics

You are a master at getting what you want. Browbeating and psychological warfare are your weapons. You can use the following as options to fight much like a warrior uses different weapons. Any saving throws have a DC equal to your spell save DC.

Interrupt: You can use a reaction and force a target to make a WIS saving throw and on a failure the target can only make a bonus action, action, or move on their turn and cannot use a reaction until the end of their next turn. You must use this feature before knowing the result of the attack or spell.

Ignore Concerns: You barge forward with no regard to others. As an action you start a stream of words that interrupts all CHA, INT, and WIS ability checks for one minute. All ability checks under those abilities have disadvantage as long as they are within 30 ft of you. You can end the minute early with no action required. You must use a bonus action each turn to continue this feature and you cannot communicate with your mouth or cast spells with the Verbal component while this feature is in effect.

Persistent: You can undermine the efforts of others or bolster them with a barrage of words. You can use a reaction to force a target within 60 ft of you to reroll a D20 test and take the new result.

You can use this feature times per long rest equal to your CHA modifier (Minimum 1).

Wheeling and Dealing
