Draconic

Draconic Sorcerers have the blood or perhaps are the incarnation of a dragon. They tap into the very powers of the Elemental Chaos using their own might and strength. They slowly develop more draconian features and abilities as they grow stronger.

Subclass Features

Lv 3

Origin Spells

Your newly discovered origin ensures you always have certain spells prepared. You know the following spells and they do not count towards the number of spells you can prepare.

Draconic Resilience

As magic flows through your body, it causes physical traits of your dragon ancestors to emerge.

Your hit point maximum increases by 1 and increases by 1 again whenever you gain a level in this class.

Parts of your skin are covered by a thin sheen of dragon-like scales. When you aren't wearing armor, your AC equals 10 + your DEX modifier (Minimum 1) + your CHA modifier (Minimum 1).

Lv 6

Elemental Affinity

Your draconic magic has an affinity with a damage type associated with dragons. You can choose from the following types: Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning, or Poison. You have Resistance to that damage type and when you cast a spell that deals that damage type you can add your CHA modifier (Minimum 1) to the damage of that spell.

Draconic Adaptation

Your body adapts to the beloved terrain of many dragons. You can breathe air and water and gain a Swimming speed equal to your movement speed.

Lv 14

Dragon Wings

You gain the ability to sprout a pair of dragon wings from your back, gaining a Flying speed equal to your current speed or 60 ft, whichever is higher. You can create these wings as a bonus action and they remain for one hour or until you dismiss them requiring no action.

You can use this feature once per long rest or you can expend three Sorcery Points (No action required) to regain use of this feature.

Lv 18

Dragon Companion

Your bond with dragons runs deep. You know the spell Summon Dragon and you can cast it without a Material component. You can cast it once per long rest without expending a spell slot. When you cast the spell this way you can modify it so it does not require concentration. The spell modified this way has a duration of one minute.
