Merciless
Sorcerers touched by the scorched Plane of Gehenna. They are suspicious of all, greedy to their core, and honor contracts above all. They have no mercy within them. They would snuff out a life if it saved them a few seconds for a task. They are only interested in themselves and work with others to accomplish goals that are beyond them, but they need it in writing first.

Subclass Features
Origin Spells
Your newly discovered origin ensures you always have certain spells prepared. You know the following spells and they do not count towards the number of spells you can prepare.
Quick Contract
Once per long rest or short rest you and one willing creature can form a mutual contract where each one agrees to perform a task that can be reasonably done within one hour, as an action. If the task is not done within the hour the offending creature takes Psychic damage equal to your Sorcerer level. If both tasks are completed both creatures gain temporary hit points equal to half your Sorcerer level rounded down.
Aura of Harm
Pain is increased to those who are close to you. Whenever another creature takes damage within 5 ft of you, they take additional Necrotic damage equal to your CHA modifier (Minimum 1).
Devoid of Mercy
You prey upon the weakness of others. Whenever a creature misses an attack roll or fails an ability check within 5 ft of you, you can use your reaction to make a melee attack or unarmed attack on the creature. If the fail was a critical fail you make the attack with advantage.
Economical Killing
You have a schedule to keep and the nearly dead are a hindrance. If you hit a creature with a melee or unarmed strike and the creature has less hit points than your Sorcerer level you instead kill the creature.
You can use this feature once per long rest.
Aura of Devastation
Your Aura of Harm increases to 10 ft. The damage dealt increases to your CHA modifier (Minimum 1) + your Proficiency Bonus.
