Covenmother
Hags rule by the Rule of Three, an indivisible law that allows for a single Hag to act independently or in groups that are divisible by three. Warlocks of the Covenmother bind themselves to one, three or all six Covemothers. Each additional contract grants greater power at greater risk. (Hag Initiate exclusive)
