Gravelord
You've made a pact with a deathless being, a creature that defies the cycle and life and death, forsaking its mortal shell so it might eternally pursue its unfathomable ambitions. For such beings, time and morality are fleeting things, the concerns of those for whom grains of sand still rush through life's hourglass. Having once been mortal themselves, these ancient undead know firsthand the paths of ambition and the routes past the doors of death. They eagerly share this profane knowledge, along with other secrets, with those who work their will among the living.
Vecna, Lord of the Hand and the Eye
Vecna had an obsession with acquiring and maintaining secrets. He believed them to be the source of true power.He was precise and calculating in his actions, but was at times prone to bouts of intense rage. Vecna believed that every being in existence held a single secret that could be manipulated to bring about its destruction. Uncovering that secret and exploiting its truth were the key to gaining dominion over others.

Punishments: Losing function of your hand or eye for a period.
Vol, the Lich-Queen
Previously a Half-Elf, Half-Dragon, she arose as a lich queen of immense power. She is a bearer of a mysterious power called the Mark of Death and is a careful schemer who prefers to work behind the scenes while she amasses power.
Terms: Feed her Phylactery.
Punishments: Becoming an Undead or lesser Undead for a period of time.
Vlaakith, Lich-Queen of the Githyanki
Vlaakith CLVII was primarily jealous and paranoid, willing to eat the souls of those who reached a certain level of strength, regardless of the kind, to secure her position and bolster her own personal strength. The insane lich sought to ascend to the ranks of divinity.
Terms: Feed her Phylactery and worship her.
Punishments: Culling heretic Githyanki.
Fistandantalus, the Deathless Wizard
Also known as the Dark One, Fistandantalus rose through the ranks of several wizard disciplines. He reached heights to the point where he no longer required staves or familiars for spellcraft. His presence emits death so powerful even dwelling in a spot too long could render it sterile for years.
Terms: Seeking out ancient knowledge.
Punishments: Losing access to specific spells sometimes permanently.
Larloch the Shadow King
Larloch is of the mysterious Netherese race that rose to master magic up to the 14th level and even helped bind gods. He rules an entire kingdom of undeath as a supreme sorcerer-king who commands absolute control.
Terms: Recruiting creatures of shadow to his cause.
Punishments: Defiling places of light.
Gilgeam, the God-King:
He is a warrior of unparalleled might who reincarnates to continue his eternal rule. He is the bane of Tiamat having killed several of her avatars. He is eternal, a steadfast point throughout history that stands in the way of hell itself.
Terms: Killing strong foes and marking them with his sign.
Punishments: Forced one on one combat.
Acererak, the Demilich
Acererak traveled through the multiverse in search of artifacts, which he liked to lock away in trap-ridden dungeons to watch adventurers suffer and die. He then enjoyed trapping their souls in his phylactery, whose location was unknown. Although having had the power and opportunities to ascend to godhood, Acererak had no interest in being worshiped, despite having his share of followers whose suffering he enjoyed watching.
Terms: Filling his Phylactery.
Punishments: Gaining a Level of Madness for a time.
Kas, the Bloody-Handed Vampire Tyrant
Kas was originally slain by Vecna but was made into a vampire of frightening power to serve him. He is supremely powerful and cunning in his own right and will employ any number of tactics to overcome his foes including betrayal, blackmail, and any other method.
Terms: Culling Vampire-kin as commanded.
Punishments: Drinking mysterious goblets of blood.
Dragotha, the Dracolich
Dragotha was the mightiest consort of Tiamat and gained further power as a Dracolich from the Elder Evil Kyuss. While technically a servant of Kyuss who maintains his phylactery, Dragotha is unrivaled as one of the most powerful Undead in the multiverse.
Terms: Supporting the Chromatic Conclave or Cult of the Dragons.
Punishments: Killing rival dragons.
Ankhtepot, the Undead Pharaoh
A former servant of the gods, Ankhtepot was cursed to be a mummylord that is classified as a Darklord for his pursuit of immortality. He lives in exile but remains a powerful entity with a vast mastery of secret rituals, incurable diseases, and powerful curses.
Terms: Reviving his servants.
Punishments: Making a pilgrimage to his tomb to deliver tribute.
Azalin Rex, the Darklord
He is an unread wizard of immense power and knowledge who is known for his draconian rule on his followers. He is constantly gaining power and is at the height of his ascension. He has become a Lichlord and has subjugated many Dread Domains and is feared and respected even by ancient vampire lords who are nigh Demigods. He has great pleasure from watching his servants flounder with immense tasks since they can more freely escape his Dread Domain.
Terms: Returning subjects that have escaped from his domain.
Punishments: Given a specific Angel to make Fallen.

Subclass Features
Patron Spells
Your newly revealed Patron ensures you always have certain spells prepared. You know the following spells and they do not count towards the number of spells you can prepare.
Grave Touched
Your Patron’s powers have a profound effect on your body and magic. You don’t need to eat, drink, or breathe. Once during each of your turns, when you hit a creature with an attack and roll damage against the creature, you can replace the damage type with Necrotic damage.
Defy Death
You can give yourself vitality when you cheat death or when you help someone else cheat it. You can regain hit points equal to 1D8 + your CON modifier (Minimum 1) when you succeed on a death saving throw or when you stabilize a creature with Spare the Dying.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Necrotic Husk
You are revived with a burst of negative energy when you fall. When you are reduced to 0 hit points, you can use your reaction to drop to 1 hit point instead and cause your body to erupt with deathly energy. Each creature of your choice that is within 30 ft of you takes Necrotic damage equal to 1D10 + your Warlock level.
You can use this feature once per long rest.
Form of Dread
You manifest an aspect of your patron’s dreadful power. As a bonus action, you transform for 1 minute, after you end this transformation your Necrotic Husk and Defy Death features are restored from the negative energy you collected while in your dread form. You gain the following benefits while transformed
You gain temporary hit points equal to 1D10 + your Warlock level.
Once during each of your turns, when you hit a creature with an attack, you can force it to make a WIS saving throw, and if the saving throw fails, the target is Frightened of you until the end of your next turn.
You are Immune to the Frightened condition.
You can transform a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus per long rest.
